Refund policy

We accept exchanges / credit on most items with the exception of Final sale items (as per below). Please contact us upon receiving your order to initiate and confirm the exchange. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, you will be given in-store credit for the amount of the item only. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking for all returns if you wish. Items must be returned in original condition it was sent, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of original order and must be approved before shipping back to us. All shipping costs are non-refundable (including return shipping costs). 

Buyers are responsible for getting approval before returning an item 

Buyers are responsible for contacting the seller within 24 hours after delivery confirmation. If more than 3 days have passed seller may refuse to approve return

Please note that all exchanges, or items that are returned to us in the mail are charged a 15% handling fee.

If you are unsure and have a question about the size or appearance of an item, contact us and we will gladly send you more pictures or take additional measurements. It's important to us that you love your purchase and enjoy your online shopping experience!

We take our time measuring all items laying on a flat surface, on the outside of the garment. We want to help you get a great fit! If you have any questions or need further measurements, just ask! We answer questions promptly. 

Vintage clothing has been worn before and will naturally show signs of wear and age. There might be the occasional slight or trivial imperfection. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for small imperfections.

Although we take great care once they reach us, vintage items have had a previous life, so we cannot guarantee an item’s longevity which includes, but is not limited to, the construction (including integrity of thread, seams etc.), fabrics used or materials, pigments, dyes, trims and adornments on the item.
