Shipping policy

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

Thereafter, you will receive a notification that your order has been picked, packed and ready for collection. You'll receive a further notification once it has been shipped and left our premises.

 

Flat rate shipping for addresses within South Africa (National):

• Standard rate of R100
• Standard delivery time 2-7 working days - pending address/remote area. 

National free shipping on orders over R1200.
