Description:    An beautiful, feminine and classic 1970's Vintage summer dress.  This beautiful, optic white frilly summer dress speaks for itself.  The dress has an elasticated waistband (however it has unfortunatley lost it's elasticity).  This dress is unlined, flowy, see-through and beautifully made.  There are 4 detail buttons at the back neck of the dress for closure.
